The recently introduced building regulations contained a number of changes to the rules related to energy and water efficiency and provide additional requirements for ventilation systems.

The session will summarise the main changes of the regulations. Through case studies, the seminar will explore the changes against a compliant 2006 dwelling and appreciate the design features that need to be considered to further improve and reach the new standards expected.
